Due to the success and growth of the company, we are searching for an additional IT Support Specialist to join the Wood Thilsted IT team and support the company’s future development while based in the London office.
As part of the IT team, you will have a challenging and varied workday. Your primary tasks will be the day-to-day operation of Wood Thilsted's existing ICT infrastructure, managing users and devices on Azure AD, Exchange and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will also be working in close collaboration with our HR and Admin team, where you will provide support with all the onboarding and offboarding tasks.
In addition to the daily operational tasks, you will also act as our in-house expert managing our Asset Management system, covering software license and hardware asset management, including license compliance and device life-cycle management.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- General user and system administration/support through Azure AD
- Asset & license management
- Device deployment and support(Windows & Apple) through Microsoft Intune
- Support of Microsoft products, including SharePoint and Teams
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment
- Management of mobile & data subscription
- Assist in preparing manuals and guides, expanding our Help Center.
You have:
- 2-3 years of experience with similar tasks in an international environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, AAD, Hyper-V and Windows Server
- Experience with device deployment and support of MacOS and Windows
- Expertise in Endpoint Management, networking and security concepts
- Experience using a Helpdesk service such as Zendesk/Jira
- Experience with an ITAM platform like AssetSonar is an advantage
