IT Apprentice (Two Positions)
Service Support
As an Apprentice within the University’s Information Technology Services, you will work alongside experienced colleagues; learning on the job and developing your knowledge, skills and experience while studying to gain formal qualifications. Becoming an Apprentice at the University of Worcester is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, while achieving qualifications to enable you to progress within your field. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual, who is a highly effective communicator with the ability to build good working relationships with an interest in IT Support to develop their skills and experience. They will need to be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and manage personal workloads and deadlines.

The successful applicant will work within the IT Service Desk 1st line support team and Learning Space Support team (AV). Working under the guidance and direction of the Team Leader: Service Centre and Senior Analysts to deliver professional IT Services.
