IT Care ApprenticeAbout the Role
As a valued member of the IT Care Team, you will be first point of call for all things IT across each our our engagement channels, which include fielding calls on our Service Desk and Tech Bars (both physical and virtual)
You will be responsible for builds, device configuration and set ups of equipment for new starters and employees, ensuring access is managed securely. Providing IT education and training as part of the on-boarding process, whilst driving quality through all aspects of support.
In this role you will capture and record appropriate and relevant technical information within the Service Management toolset
You will be required to contribute to the continual service improvement of the IT Care services, seeking input from the business and developing and implementing plans to deliver service improvements, documenting knowledge and new learnings and sharing insight with the team to contribute towards continual service improvements.

The successful candidate will have a passion for IT. You will be Self-motivated, and results focused, someone who takes the initiative to drive disciplined delivery of objectives, with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive working relationships and a desire to learn.
