Job description
- Develop a Service Management Framework from the ground up to ensure that the services provided by IMT to customers are delivered to the highest possible standard, reliably and in a cost-effective manner.
- Deliver continuous improvements using lifecycle approaches in the end-to-end delivery of the services and processes to achieve the necessary level of customer satisfaction, compliance, and operation effectiveness.
- Implement continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside IMT, sharing specific service feedback, utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
- Influence the planning and development of functions relating to service management in the ITSM tool e.g., service catalog, change management, knowledge management, CMDB.
- A Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Five to seven years service management experience in IT Operations developing and implementing disciplines and processes.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Service Now, an asset.
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) - an asset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – an asset.
- Competent in positively influencing and persuading others.
- Proven ability to implement processes across an organization and to promote and measure adoption.
- Solid understanding of the service lifecycle and processes.
- Superior written and verbal skills, able to construct complex yet persuasive arguments.
- Experience of communication information to business units, senior stakeholders, and the wider customer community.

- Flexible work hours, while committing to being available during our core hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Be provided with an AER computer or laptop when working in the office.
