Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the IT & Telecoms sector, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious IT Sales Consultant who will be responsible for developing sales opportunities for new and existing clients through selling Microsoft cloud and support solutions. This is a position with great potential as the role will allow the successful candidate to grow with the division.
WHAT? This Role

As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the head of the department to agree sales and marketing strategies
- Working with marketing to provide ideas for campaigns and commitment to follow up
- Achieving a first-year revenue target of £175,000
- Achieving self-set KPIs including number of appointments set, number of outbound and effective calls made, number of proposals and presentations delivered
- Generating own leads by calling and booking appointments
- Building prospect pipeline managing revenue / new customer pipeline
- Account managing clients and upselling services through regular meetings
- Canvassing new business from current client database
- Inspiring and mentoring junior sales academy consultants, in return leveraging them as a source of new business leads

We are seeking an IT Sales Consultant who is/has:
- 1-2 years or above sales experience within the Information Technology sector
- Ideally experience in selling IT services, support or virtual platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with strong planning and negotiation skill
- Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Team player with well-developed interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Worked with a variety of clients in an SME environment
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- High level of personal motivation.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Positive attitude and behaviour, as well as trustworthy, credible and reliable nature
