About Leap IT
Leap IT are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hockley Heath just outside Solihull.
We provide IT Support, Telephone Systems, Copiers and Cloud Computing to over 450 clients throughout the UK. In most cases we are responsible for maintaining, supporting and developing our client’s entire IT infrastructure.
We were established in 2001 and have a fantastic team of approximately 30 people, this IT Sales vacancy will be joining an existing team of 4 people.
About the Vacancy
We are looking for an individual with an IT Sales background including selling IT systems to advising customers on new products and technologies on the market.
Typically, the role will involve dealing with calls from our clients and solving their problems with IT solutions. This can be both existing clients and potential clients that find us via our website or PPC campaigns.
The role can involve talking to existing customers over the telephone, face to face meetings or teams calls at either our offices or our clients offices. You will also be expected to attend meetings for potential clients that want to find out about our services or are considering changing their IT support to us.
The ideal candidate will be patient with a knowledgeable technical background. Previous experience with another MSP would be advantageous. You must be technical and understand our product range in order to effectively advise our clients.
Our Product range includes Office 365, IT Support, 3CX VoIP Phone Systems, Ricoh Photocopiers, Watchguard Firewalls, UniFi Switches and Access Points

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:
