Job description
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at Stark Group in Huddersfield (hybrid role - 3 days in the office). Must be Huddersfield based and who ideally just finished school or college and looking for their first start in the working environment
We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. We connect suppliers of heavy building materials with the professional craftsmen who build, renovate, and maintain the cities of tomorrow.
The purpose of the role is to ensure day-to-day requests ie permissions, new equipment etc are processed, within agreed service levels and customers are kept updated. There will be some work with the technical teams to ensure requests are completed and records are updated.
Experience needed:
- Experience of working in a customer service focussed or administrative position.
- Able to adapt to new internal processes quickly and effectively.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Able to build good working relationships with others.
- Must have the ability to manage own time and work to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all requests assigned to the team are processed and fulfilled as required via the established channels and in line with service level agreements.
- Ensuring users and customers are kept informed on the progress of their requests.
- Maintain users and customer satisfaction through efficient and professional handling of all service requests.
- Helping users and customers to know about the availability of services and the procedure for obtaining them.
- Ensure agreed processes and procedures are carried out and followed consistently and effectively with appropriate audit evidence.
