Project Manager
Location : UK wide
Do you have extensive experience in IT Project Management leading Fixed Price Managed Service Outsourcing projects working collaboratively with customers to deliver business benefits? Are you confident to take ownership of the implementation of these projects whilst feeling challenged by working in a rapid changing environment where your expertise will be tested in the field of functionality and experience? Are you mobile and willing to work on customer sites? Are you able to connect people, technologies and processes to create customer value and support Fujitsu’s customers on their digital journey? Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Project Manager!
Within Fujitsu, you will collaborate with our customers and be working together with our different departments based in the UK, but also with our Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams that are based all over the world. Our projects often impact business critical systems and therefore need to be treated as such. This is why we expect you to connect our solutions to our global teams delivering services and to manage the steps from concept phase (BID phase) to a delivery phase (business-as-usual phase). You could be in charge of significant international projects and will need to ensure that the goals and requirements are achieved in accordance with planning, control, budget, quality and assurance processes.
Your Experience
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with a positive and a ‘can-do’ mentality.
Ideally your profile will demonstrate the following:
· Project Management across IT segments such as workplace, Service Desk and Service management or Multi cloud solutions.
· Experience of working in an Consultancy or Systems integrator
· Experience of developing and managing Risks, Lessons Learnt and Project Plans
· Effective management of your Project Finances
· Experience of managing scope and change control
· Effectively managing customer dependencies including tracking and reporting of status
· You have experience of effectively managing contractual obligations including deliverables and milestones
· Achieving a successful and effective customer relationship and can demonstrate effective stakeholder management and project reporting
As a person, you are flexible, pro-active, passionate and motivator to others. You are a strong servant leader with experience in leading different Project towers and other Project managers. You also show to be a great team player who takes full responsibility, who will not back down from an important discussion and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You have a good analytical skill and like to share and use experienced
