We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Project Manager to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf.

About the role:

As IT Project Manager, your role will be focused on planning, executing, and delivering various IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule while meeting quality standards. You will also be responsible for the overall management of all existing IT suppliers and contracts. This role is hands on, collaborates with cross-department teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure effective project coordination, successful project outcomes and effective IT systems and support.

You will also be responsible for:

Developing comprehensive IT project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

• Leading and overseeing allocated project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to department project leads
• Conducting regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed about project updates.
• Coordination with internal and external teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Monitoring and control risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimise impact on project objectives.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing project finances effectively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.
• Supplier management and contract negotiation to ensure that the agreements meet the organisation's requirements and align with industry standards and best practices.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects ideally within a hospitality environment.

In addition to this you will possess:

• 
  A strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to adapt to changing project demands and prioritising tasks accordingly.
• Previous experience in influencing diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary

The on-target earning potential for this role is £46,500.00 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £45,000.00 plus a qualified estimate of £1500 gratuities per annum.
