Managing Operational delivery for clients, with a focus on continuous improvement
Operational delivery
Managing profitability of the Operational
campaigns Implementing best practices to save cost and demonstrate improvement
Meet and exceed
Organisations profit targets ? Manages business critical problems and communicates progress to senior stakeholders
Ensuring staff satisfaction is in line with requirements Client management ? Understanding the client KPI?s and delivering in line with the same
Experience of Agile Scrum Methodologies Conducting All agile ceremonies liaising with Product Owner and Scrum Teams Understanding the Social Media spaceand the current developments to ensure the best value is offered to the client
