In today’s digital world, the increasing reliance on digital technologies, coupled with evolving market demands, has intensified the need for skilled professionals who can navigate the complexities of managing digital initiatives. To support a major consolidation initiative, Element is looking to hire a motivated Project Manager to join its Laboratory Technology Group.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with and under the guidance of senior program managers and gain valuable experience in running a Project Management Office (PMO) while contributing to the success of LIMS and other Lab Technology projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior program managers to support the planning and execution of LIMS projects
- Assist in maintaining the Project Management Office (PMO) for LIMS programs
- Help develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Monitor project progress and update project status reports regularly
- Coordinate project team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
- Contribute to identifying potential risks and issues and participate in implementing mitigation strategies
- Gather team members to help execute and contribute to active projects within a program
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation, presentations, and reports
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate and complete project-related tasks and activities
- Support post-project evaluations with the Senior Program Manager and associated directors and contribute to implementing lessons learned
- Help Innovate processes by discovering and sharing new best practices across the Team
- Some Experience with executing smaller or larger projects in a variety of disciplines and/or environments
- Basic Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international, cross-divisional team environment
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
