The Role
As a result of the continued growth and success of the Almac Group, we are currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager to work as part of the IS Projects Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of assigned IT projects.
Our projects always contain large elements of information technology and are vital to enable continued growth and success for Almac. Our projects deliver new IT infrastructure hardware and software, and new or upgraded business applications across Almac.

Working Pattern
These roles are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and includes a 50/50 home/office working pattern.

What we are looking for?
We are looking for candidates who have strong Project Management Skills and can demonstrate successful project delivery. See below criteria to assess your eligibility for the role:
Essential Criteria
- 3rd level qualification in a computer science discipline
- Previous experience in managing cross-functional project teams
- Previous experience of performing the Project Manager role and successfully managing a minimum of three IT projects from start-up to closure.
The projects must be within one or more of the following areas:
- Implementation / upgrade of business applications
- I.T. Infrastructure
- Software Development
The projects must conform to one or more of the following criteria:
- Size of Project Team > 5
- Number of system users > 50
- Project Budget > £100,000
