Position: Audi Press Co-Ordinator ( Inside Track )
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 9:00 -5:00 PM
Shift pattern: Mon - Fri - ( 37.5 hrs a week)
Closing Date: 12th February 2023

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • The Audi Press co-ordinator will work in a team to support the Audi press accounts and the brand aligned specialists across a number of operational and administrate tasks
  • The co-ordinator will provide support for mainly Audi but also support all brands with various admin tasks.
  • Updating vehicle records on in house system
  • Support the defleet process for Audi. Processing relevant paperwork and system updates, keeping in contact with operations and specialists to ensure the monthly KPI is achieved
  • Processing of V5's, scanning and saving for record
  • Liaising with the workshop and Bodyshop to understand workload and highlighting any short turnaround vehicles
  • PCN's and road tolls to be paid - following each brands guidelines for processing these charges.
  • General office administration - phones, copier, scanning, processing of expenses etc.
  • Assist with putting bookings onto in house software when required
  • Assist the bodyshop/workshop with admin support
  • Ad hoc Admin to the VWG Press team

  • Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Proven track record in a customer service environment
  • Automotive Industry Experience - Desirable
  • IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written -( Liaising with customers)
  • Experience in tracking and checking PCN (Penalty charges ), Speeding fines - desirable
  • Planning ahead and managing work flow
