- Work closely with stakeholders from all departments, including Steering Committees with Docebo Executives, and external vendors, including their evaluation.
- Create and manage project management plans that align with the Docebo’s strategic objectives, while evaluating, advising, and managing the appropriate level of documentation, meeting schedule, reports, and metrics based on project’s size, risks, goals.
- Be an example of effective communication, connecting people and building strong relationships and trust across the Company.
- Lead the evaluation and assessment of the project results and outcomes.
- Be curious and hungry for knowledge, actively contributing to all the phases of a project, bringing your experience in addition to your project management skills.
- As part of the PMO, support the PMO Director in creating a Center of Excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards and company requirements.
- As part of the PMO, analyze, understand, improve and enhance processes and develop best practices, templates, and frameworks to share with the Company, advising and coaching on their value.

- 5+ years of PM experience in managing Software projects, with a proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision OR 3 years of PM experience in managing Software projects, with 5+ years in a tech role (e.g., developer).
- Experience with both AGILE and WATERFALL methodologies for medium to large-sized projects.
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans and documentation, even from scratch: project charter, project management plan, stakeholder, communication plan, Gantt, wbs, RACI, RAID log, change management, etc.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports, presentations, and meetings, with the ability to effectively communicate and interact at all levels of the organization up to the Executives.
- Strong ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, motivate project team members and competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
- Strong lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence with numbers (including financials), and the ability to define metrics and KPIs.
