An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Team Member to join the team at Storm Building Products.
The successful applicant will be within a team of account managers, manage dedicated customer accounts and be responsible for providing an impeccable customer journey.
Key Responsibilities -
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Input customer orders into the sales order system with the upmost attention to detail
- Strong communication skills within team and with external customers
- Working towards KPIs
- Daily administrative tasks
- Deal with customer enquiries with speed, politeness and clarity
Person Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with customer service experience with proven track record and whom is able to work within a faced paced team/environment.
The ideal candidate will be -
- An excellent team player
- Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills
- Have a close eye for attention to detail
- Be fully PC literate
- Able to manage their time well and prioritise workload
- Reliable and conscientious
- Take ownership and accountability for actions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
