Trade Marketing Executive, London

This is an amazing opportunity for an energetic, results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to help Pai stand out from the crowd.

We're looking for someone to support the Trade Marketing Manager to deliver programmes and support our global retail partners, including Sephora, John Lewis, Credo and Oh My Cream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making life easier for the customer to choose and fall in love with Pai products s/he discovers in store or online when browsing or shopping with our retail partners.
  • Creating & executing trade marketing plans with key retail partners across all touch points, securing strong activities and best-in-class animations.
  • Building trade marketing calendars across all regions.
  • Working closely with the in-house content team on creative assets, needs and briefs.
  • Responsibility for the New Products Development assets pack (launch deck, social assets, digital content, PDP/packshot, product descriptions and communicating internally to the sales team and externally to brand building partners).
  • Creating business decks to prepare retailer's meetings to ensure they are aligned with Pai's global NPD and marketing calendar.
  • Building and delivering seasonal retail marketing activations including NPD Launches, gift with purchase promotions, digital & social activations, sampling, visual merchandising, training & events and all retailer promotional activity.

  • Providing bespoke marketing support for Key Account Managers and specific sell-in tools for the Commercial team, including paid marketing campaign execution.
  • Working and communicating with regional PR agencies in our top 5 markets (UK, USA, France, Italy, Spain).
  • Crafting tailor made linear merchandising solutions for our brand building retail partners.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders - being the point person between brand and commercial, as well as external, retailer, marketing teams.
  • Reporting on Retail Marketing Activity to ensure ROI, gathering feedback, insights and next steps to share internally with the brand team and wider company for development and improvement.
  • Maintaining and forecasting sampling needs with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure stock is managed and utilized in a timely manner, minimizing over or under production.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Experience as a Trade Marketing Executive/Junior Trade Marketing Manager, ideally within skincare / beauty.
  • Commercially minded but able to think creatively.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to create innovative solutions to problems.
  • Team player who thrives working in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in all mediums.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • English and French speaking. German or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Able to travel - job is London based, but will require frequent visits to France and Europe.
