Job description
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, installing and configuring Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Network performance, troubleshooting problems and maintaining systems.
- Building and deploying system images using tools like WDS.
- Responding to and resolving helpdesk requests for phone and network systems and applications.
- Purchasing software, hardware, phone and other IT supplies.
- Inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT equipment.
- Monitoring network to ensure network availability to all system users and performing necessary maintenance to support network and phone system availability.
- Reporting the status of tickets, actions and other work-related tasks to senior management in a very timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting and resolving voice quality issues.
- Moving IT equipment as per need.
- Working as a backup of other team members if required. And work as per on-call rotation.
