Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a qualified IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Ealing, London. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days. The IT Helpdesk Technician interacts with employees of Workplace Options globally to resolve their technical issues related to devices, connectivity and applications.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing, installing and configuring Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Network performance, troubleshooting problems and maintaining systems.
Building and deploying system images using tools like WDS.
Responding to and resolving helpdesk requests for phone and network systems and applications.
Purchasing software, hardware, phone and other IT supplies.
Inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT equipment.
Monitoring network to ensure network availability to all system users and performing necessary maintenance to support network and phone system availability.
Reporting the status of tickets, actions and other work-related tasks to senior management in a very timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting and resolving voice quality issues.
Moving IT equipment as per need.
Working as a backup of other team members if required. And work as per on-call rotation.
