Role: IT Helpdesk Technician
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary: Up to £23,000
My client one of the leading law firms in Scotland have an exciting opening for a Helpdesk Technician to join their Glasgow office. They are only looking to attract Engineers who are passionate about IT and client success. If you have 1 year experience in a similar role and looking to add to that and grow within a company which can harbour your ambition for the future, then this will be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
** Provide internal 1st Line IT support
** Provide advice and support
** Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
** To build and maintain rapport with customers
** To work across both BAU and Project work
