Job description
As an IT help desk/end-user support professional at Gallup’s London office, you will join a team of highly engaged associates who are responsible for ensuring that all Gallup users, including visiting associates, have world-class technical support to do their jobs perfectly.
In this role, you will support all on-site technology and equipment; troubleshoot user workstations and workstation software; and maintain network equipment, including file servers, routers and switches. You will also help with AV and conferencing needs, providing support for Gallup-hosted events. When it comes to ensuring that technology experiences are flawless, we will turn to you.

What you need:
- Experience in a help desk or similar role.
- Experience in a Windows user and server environment and experience supporting all Microsoft Office applications required.
- Broad knowledge of networking, hardware and software applications and experience troubleshooting technical issues required.
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and to multitask while remaining focused on the customer required.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom preferred.
- Relevant certifications and education background in IT are welcome as part of a strong candidacy.
- You must be authorised to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
