From day one you will engage in challenging work, solving real-world customer engineering and business problems through collaboration with our global team. Your two-year Graduate Development Programme will be tailored to ensure you gain a broad understanding of your chosen field and build the foundations of a successful career. We hold a Meet and Greet day for all new UK Graduate students to provide you with an opportunity to meet fellow new starters across the UK before you start your placement.
Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple IT projects across multiple business functions, for example within Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing groups.
The role will involve you having responsibility for gathering requirements, analysis, functional design, development specifications and testing.
As part of this project team, you may be called upon to work with people across the globe as the business functions serve CAT facilities in the UK, US, China, Brazil, Mexico, and India.
As part of the team, you will be required to provide operational support across multiple globally used applications using ITIL processes including incident, problem and change management.
