IT Field Service Engineer – Cardiff – £27,000
Pearson Carter are working with an established End User, who are Field Service Engineer to join their team, who is looking to develop and advance their career, within a very reputable company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IT Service Desk Tickets (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests)
- Support key business applications
- Provide both technical and hardware support
- Work with field services team to deliver larger projects
- Liaise with suppliers to provide onsite support
Experience:
- Experience working in support/service helpdesk/IT environment
- Technical/hardware support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence
Salary:
This client is offering a salary package up to £27,000 + great benefits.
Location:
This is an on-site working role, with travel to their Cardiff office 5x per week.
