ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to work closely with the Product Operations and Strategy Director.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, User Researchers, and Engineers to lead and drive strategic initiatives to make the Product & Design teams more data driven, scalable and effective, and improve how they communicate with customers and stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AT BEAMERY

  • Drive product excellence by working closely with Product Managers, Designers, UX Researchers and Engineers to codify best practices and to operationalise them

  • Own our customer feedback process including analyzing customer insights to inform roadmap priorities

  • Lead strategic projects and solve complex problems

  • Develop and embed data-driven tools and support with analysis to empower product leadership and shape the product strategy / roadmap

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Customer Success and Business Intelligence and use these to look for improved ways of working and roadmap ideas

  • Communicate product changes with key stakeholders across the organization and our customers

  • Ensure our Product launches are as successful as they can be

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a few years experience in a tech company operations function, management consulting, or similar fast-paced delivery environment - comfortable with both thinking strategically and driving execution

  • Demonstrable experience leading projects from end-to-end

  • Proactive and outcome driven - you are able to take ownership of your area of responsibility and think strategically about what to focus on next

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to build relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward

  • Start with why - You are data driven and analytical. You are an expert problem solver and enjoy finding solutions to the root cause of complex challenges

  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, JIRA and Confluence tools would be a plus
