Senior IT Support / Bolton / hybrid £48,000
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join a leading technology company in the Bolton area.

In this role, you will:

• Provide hardware, software, and network support (1st to 3rd Line)
• Assist with server, cloud, VoIP, mobile, and MDM support.
• Communicate updates and schedules to stakeholders and users.
• Administer network and system tasks.
• Manage builds and configurations.
• Offer onsite and remote support.
• Handle both reactive and proactive work

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in hardware, software, and network support
• Technical aptitude and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Attention to detail and a service-driven approach.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with processes and procedures
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
