Job Purpose
The IT Co-Ordinator role will be vital in maintaining and managing the IT systems and liaising with key suppliers. The role is varied and ever changing depending on the needs of the business and involves being able to effectively manage and form relationships internally within the Group operations and externally with key suppliers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The procurement of all IT assets and the processing of purchase orders and invoices related to purchases
- Manage the starters, leavers and internal changes, including but not limited to setting up on Active Directory and WINI, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Cover the IT internal & MCS support helpdesk
- Maintenance and administration of the IT Asset databases
- Assist with IT projects as requested by manager
- Complete IT audits at Wernick offices as required
- Occasional travel out of hours with overnight stays when necessary
- Any other task required to assist in the daily running of the department
Desired, Skills and Experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to manage and priorities workload depending on business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- To be flexible and willing to change work plans at short notice
- Ability to liaise with and progress/escalate calls to a conclusion with external suppliers
