Looking for an exceptional Event Manager to join our team at Executive Leaders Network a leading B2B event company with a global presence! As one of our Event Managers, you will have a key role in the successful planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, including industry summits and executive dinners.
We're looking for someone with a passion for planning and events, who will take ownership of the entire event lifecycle from conception to execution. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create an event experience in line with our event formats.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients, internal departments and attendees to ensure the smooth execution of events, including industry summits, executive dinners and webinars.
- Developing and managing event budgets and timelines, and ensuring that all events are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Support the creation of compelling marketing materials that promote our events and drive attendance, including email campaigns, social media content and event web pages.
- Overseeing event logistics, such as venue selection, audio/visual equipment and catering, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- On the day execution of the event with the support of your colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a creative problem-solver, with a strong attention to detail, and a proven to act with pace and urgency under pressure.

Executive Leaders Network (ELN) is an event company that was established in 2013. We host B2B events, conferences, roundtables, webinars, and dinners, both in-person and virtually.
Whilst this position is a work from home position, you will also be expected to travel to some of our in-person events in the UK, this will include staying overnight.
Duties Include:
- Managing the Speaker and Sponsors
- Managing the admin for the attendees to secure thier diary for the event
- Liaising with internal departments such as marketing and systems to execute the plan
- Calling attendee to welcome them and explain the event
- Attending Video Meetings with Clients - Must be well presented and comfortable talking on video chat
- Diary management
- Social Media Management

- Great on the phone and video
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative

- Efficient using Microsoft packages (Outlook & Excel)
- Attention to detail

Essential for this role
- Full-time access to a PC/Laptop
- A good internet connection (you will need to be able to make calls through your PC and talk on video chat)
- A quiet place to work at home where you can close the door from the rest of the household.
