Job description
A fantastic role of IT Business Analyst is available to join a forward-thinking healthcare company, to work on a range of exciting digital projects up to and in excess of £1 million, delivering change and supporting business strategy. This role is ideal if you have previous Business Analyst and Project Management experience.
As IT Solutions Analyst, you will earn up to £45,000 per year, and work closely with colleagues and development teams to ascertain requirements and deliver effective solutions to drive the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with key internal/external stakeholders to elicit and document technological requirements, creating clear user stories in technical and business terms
- Working to agile methodology, formulate solution design proposals, and deliver projects to agreed timescales, in line with business strategy
- Conduct UAT activities, ensuring execution of test scripts are in line with the project requirements
- Play an instrumental role in delivery of change, acting as a conduit between technical and non technical stakeholders
- Map processes using Business Analyst skills and tools
To be successful in this IT Solutions Analyst role, you will:
- Be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be able to think creatively to offer effective solutions
- Have previous experience in a Business Analyst role, working with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and document processes
- Have experience using Business Analyst tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Have a BA qualification, or be qualified by experience
