Job Title: IT and Admin Support
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an IT and Admin Support professional to provide technical and administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware and software, maintaining and troubleshooting our network and ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. In addition, the successful candidate will provide administrative support by performing clerical duties and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Monday to Friday
Full-Time Role
Salary: 23K - 26K (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software, including installing, configuring and troubleshooting equipment and applications
- Manage and maintain our company's network infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support by answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other clerical duties as needed
- Assist with managing schedules and coordinating appointments for executives and managers
- Coordinate and assist with company events, meetings, and conferences
- Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in providing IT and administrative support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
