Job description
- Performs, coordinates and/or assists other staff in the installation, maintenance, and modification of Health System applications to meet customer and Health System requirements.
- Communicates technical requirements to teammates and management and provides assistance to teammates in an effort to enhance the overall services provided by the team.
- Maintains or develops application and process documentation.
- Assignments and tasks are completed according to established standards within the assigned timeframe, with guidance from more senior staff as needed. Includes use of project management and service management tools.
- Solutions developed or modified are thoroughly tested to prevent production implementation problems.
- Communicates appropriately and professionally at all times.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 0 - 3 years relevant experience.
Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
