Junior 1st and 2nd Line IT Technical Support Technician
Looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and IT support skills, to act as 1st and 2nd line support for a managed services provider, on a client site in East Finchley (London N2).
This role is working onsite at a large corporate HQ, providing initial support to users on their IT systems and resolving issues where possible.
Duties will involve desktop support in a Windows Active Directory AD, Microsoft Office 365 O365 environment, set up for new starters, as well as any hardware related support issues.
Standard hours Mon - Fri 9-5:30.
Salary £22 - £24000 depending on experience.
