WOULD YOU JOIN US?
The IFES International Services UK office are searching for a motivated and organised individual to join the international IT team. You would be required to perform remote 1st and 2nd level IT support for the international fellowship. You will be supporting the use of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other tools). You will also support the IT Manager in the running of the IT systems in the Oxford office and in the cloud. Your support will be invaluable to the smooth running of the organisation, helping us to serve our field staff and national movements around the world.
COULD THAT BE YOU?
We are searching for a friendly professional who has broad IT knowledge, great troubleshooting and analytical skills, good communication, and is self-motivated to seek solutions. Experience working in IT support and administration in the following areas would be desirable.
- Microsoft 365 (includes Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Windows desktop and server
- Networking
- SQL Databases
- Backup and Disaster recovery
- Anti-Malware
