Due to growth of business an exciting opportunity for a permanent Sales Support Administrator to join a growing well established company based in the Docks area of Cardiff offering on site parking and a 4pm finish on a Friday.
Our client is looking for someone with superb customer service skills a relationship builder who prides themselves on providing an exceptional customer service experience along with someone with a keen eye for detail a thorough and methodical administrator who enjoys being part of a busy team.
Responsibilities
- Process orders received by completing paperwork and passing to contract review/production.
- Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customer's expectations.
- Provision of sales support from establishing and executing customer requirements and changes.
- Prepare and send quotations back to the customer.
- Maintaining good relationships and communication with the customer to ensure they are updated throughout the order process.
- General administration duties as required
- Being proactive in your approach to complicated or urgent orders.
- Maintaining of accurate production records
- Tracking and monitoring of orders and inventory stocks to achieve on time customer deliveries
You will need:

- Good level of maths skills - e.g. percentages / margins
- Good telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
