IT Support/Administrator| National Client | £40,000
Pearson Carter are currently Working alongside a national client looking to go international this year due to growth and investment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT application incidents, requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administration through the use of O365 suite
- Provide timely communication to users on the status of service requests and incidents.
- Monitor the availability, performance, and throughput of supported IT applications.
- Maintain IT application support technical documentation.
- Understand and comply with the IT organization requirements.
Experience
- Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Ability to understand and determine when issues to escalate to a higher level.
- Able to demonstrate continuous development and diversity in thinking.
Salary
They offer an excellent salary of up too: £40,000.
Location
This International End User offers 3x per week in office in Sheffield.
