Morrison Water Services are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support our Thames Water Infrastructure team.

This could mean splitting your time, based on business need between site, the office and home. Your contract location will remain as your place of work. Flexibility and hybrid working is managed on a case-by-case basis so please don’t be afraid to ask in your interview about the flexibility on offer.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will support project teams and work with the Client Customer teams. You will be responsible for making sure that our customers experience is a positive one. Ensuring all customers are treated in a professional and respectful way, ensuring minimal impact.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be liaising with the client customer and delivery teams to understand customer communications. You will need to fully understand the Service Incentive Mechanism and how we contribute to it. You will actively promote Service Incentive Mechanism and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

You will ensure that the teams are trained and competent. Develop and implement customer excellence and communication plans for all projects. You will assist and attend customer drop in sessions with the delivery team and client.
You will proactively engage with customers and communities to ensure we minimise disruption and leave a lasting legacy. You will take ownership of any customer issues which is being upheld through to resolution. Preparation and dissemination of daily, monthly and weekly reports.

Do you have excellent customer service skills?

Are you able to build rapport over the phone and in person?

Ability to demonstrate experience within a contact centre environment?

Excellent IT skills particularly MS Word and Excel is desirable?

Do you have knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including relevant metrics?
