Work at Isle of Wight Festival 2023 as a Door Supervisor.

You must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence for this role!

KSS NW LTD, a main contractor, is a leading provider of security services at various festivals and events located throughout the UK. We are now recruiting SIA licensed door supervisors to join our Festivals and Events team.

From Reading & Leeds Festival to Parklife in Manchester, we have over 30+ festivals to work across this year!

If you have a professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity, are confident in interacting and communicating with large numbers of people, we'd like to hear from you. Whilst experience would be an advantage, it's not essential as training on the ground will be provided.

You must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence for this role!

Duties include:

  • Monitoring flow of customers through bar and sponsorship structures and activations
  • Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
  • Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
  • Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
  • Report any suspicious behaviour.
  • Egress control.
  • Reporting and recording details of irregularities incidents, and patrols.
  • Directing customers around the site
