Job description:
- Preparing the room, i.e. putting up clocks, start and finish time notices, seating plans.
- Cleaning the room after the exam, i.e. emptying bins, sweeping up pencil shavings, etc, and leave the room ready for the next exam.
- Register test takers as they arrive.
- Admitting test takers to the exam room in a quiet and orderly way.
- Conducting the exam according to the regulations of the exam provider.
- Being constantly vigilant to ensure exam regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Returning all confidential materials to the Exams Officer at the end of the test.
- Commitment to safeguard and promote the welfare of our test takers.
- Must have long-term eligibility to work in the UK.
- Must comply with the UK government’s Home Office background checks and clearance process, which includes disclosing personal details and providing documentary evidence of living and working in the UK over the last 3 year.
- Good command of the English language.
- IT literate.
- A good eye for detail.
- Good team player.
- Great customer service skills.
- Willingness to undertake training.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Good with early morning starts.
- Payments are made a month in arrears, provided you submit a valid timesheet by the end of each month.
