The Role:

  • Qualifying Clients and Educating on Property Investments: You will engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with comprehensive information on the benefits of investing in property.
  • Building Strong Client Relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with clients will be a key aspect of your role. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will allow you to connect with clients on a deeper level, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Maximising Sales Opportunities: You will proactively reach out to existing leads, utilising your sales acumen to convert them into successful sales. Your tenacity and determination will be instrumental in closing deals.

The Person:

  • Strong Sales Background: You have a proven track record in consultative sales within a dynamic environment. Whether you have experience in a high-volume sales position, such as a call centre or B2B/B2C background sales, we want to hear from you. We understand your potential and believe you deserve to achieve the OTE you are capable of.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will enable you to connect with clients effectively. Your adept negotiation skills will help you close deals successfully.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: You consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driven by your motivation to excel and your desire to achieve outstanding results.
