Financial crime often funds much darker criminal activities. As our Line 2 Financial Crime Team continues to expand to protect our customers and communities from these terrible crimes, we’re now seeking an eagle-eyed expert to join us.
That’s where you come in. You’ll collaborate across our Investigations and Intelligence Team. Your ability to uncover actionable information quickly and effectively will make you a key player. You’ll develop your career at the heart of the action.
The difference you’ll make.
- Collating, investigating and analysing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Writing case notes detailing investigation activities, findings and thought process
- Writing accurate and detailed reports to be submitted to the National Crime Agency (NCA)
- Providing clear and concise rationale for investigations where no suspicion has been found
- Handling requests for consent in accordance with the law, company policy and department procedures to mitigate risks
- Liaising with the National Crime Agency (NCA), Financial Intelligence Units (FIU) and Anti-Terrorist Squad to manage accounts subject to NCA control
What you’ll bring.
- Proven Financial Crime, Investigations or Compliance background
- Sound decision making and judgement skills, with the ability to assimilate and analyse information in varied circumstances
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Proven ability to identify and manage risks
- Excellent report writing skills
- Recognised industry qualification in Financial Crime, or the appropriate level of proven experience

We have permanent opportunities based in Milton Keynes working in a hybrid model (i.e. a combination of office and working from home).
