Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are
Answer and deal with telephone calls. Youll be confident at dealing with people at all levels across the organisation, including Directors and be a key contact
Requesting customer payments/credit control. Administer sub-contractors invoices and process month end checks and reporting. Month end checks and reporting.
Make sure the store is safe, legal and operational youll complete daily checks to make sure the store is safe for our customers, and replenish products while
