Job Description
Duties Include:
- Processing invoices
- Reconciliations
- Assisting with payments
- Resolving queries
- Cash expenses
- Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working within a purchase ledger role - essential
- Be able to work independently - essential
- Have experience using Xero accounting system - desirable
- Have intermediate excel (pivot tables and v look ups) - essential
- Have a strong attention to detail - essential
- Be able to use their own initiative - desirable
