We are currently looking for a highly organized individual to help support our Accounting Team. The right candidate will have experience prioritizing tasks and working cohesively with others to gain a thorough understanding of our business. Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to help manage our accounts payable and receivable and help with the monthly financial reporting. This is an entry-level position and we are looking for someone with strong organizational, communication and mathematical skills. We welcome applications from individuals with a background in bookkeeping, accounting or financial analysis at nonprofit organizations, for profit companies and small businesses.
Quickbooks experience required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ledgers and paper records.
- Maintain financial reports.
- Calculate payroll taxes.
- Input and verify data into computers.
- Verify invoices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
