Data Entry & Inventory Assistant is responsible for data entry, managing inventory and keeping track of stock levels. They may also be responsible for assisting in the ordering new stock, organizing shipments, and maintaining records.

Data Entry & Inventory Assistant job duties include:

• Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory
• Inspecting all incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Recording all inventory transactions in the company database
• Generating regular reports on inventory levels and movements
• Data Entry
• Conducting physical inventories on a regular basis

Data Entry & Inventory Assistant Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift heavy objects
• Must be able to work independently
• Prior experience working in an inventory or stockroom position is helpful, but not required
• High School Diploma

This position will report directly to the Senior Purchasing Manager at Lake of the Woods Brewing Co.
