Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Syrena, you will play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life through visually appealing designs. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and clients to create graphics that align with branding guidelines and campaign objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Design Marketing Materials: Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, print brochures, flyers, and more. Ensure that designs are engaging and effectively convey the intended message.

Collaborate with Creative Manager: Work closely with the Creative Manager to interpret campaign concepts and translate them into stunning visual elements that resonate with the target audience.

Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to define design requirements and present design options for websites and other marketing assets. Seek client feedback and incorporate it into the design process.

Web and App Interfaces: Develop user-friendly web and app interfaces, focusing on delivering an optimal user experience through intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design software and techniques to ensure that your work is of the highest quality and incorporates modern design trends.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with client branding guidelines and campaign objectives, maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles for web and app interfaces.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
