Location: Hatfield - AL10 8XF
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

The key responsibilities in this role include.
- Managing inventory compliance, training, continuous improvement, and quality.
- Storage management
- KPI's: Audit presentation, cycle count program, Sock loss, inventory + Service KPI's around fulfilment
- Strong leadership and Team management skills to effectively manage and develop the inventory team
- Presentation to Customers – Finance, Systems, Root cause analysis.
- Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs.

Now, here's what we need from you:
- Previous experience as Inventory Manager
- Previous experience of managing and leading teams
- JDA or inventory management system equivalent
- Previous experience of managing and leading teams
- The ability to multitask, as often work on several tasks simultaneously
- Articulate, Strong data analysis, high attention to detail skills
- Ability and knowledge to Investigate failures and action problem solving / resolution
- Strong Analytical and numerical skills
