
Inventory Control Coordinator Fremont, CA
Job description
- Perform physical movement of materials from on area to another using handcarts or forklift
- Picks parts/products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity
- Physically and systematically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments
- Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records using SAP (warehouse management system)
- Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity
- Communicate/notify appropriate personnel of shipping/inventory discrepancies
- Fill kits and state for production as required
- Maintain stocking/inventory objectives
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Education, Skills, and Experience
- High school Diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse environment
- Minimum 1 year of forklift/automated lifting equipment
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and G-drive
- Demonstrated ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with FedEx systems (Express/LTL)
- Knowledge of computerized material flow methods
- Basic knowledge of quality and inventory control

- Need to handle 50 lbs
- Clean Driving Record
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
