Do you have experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment and want to support students through their University journey in the library? The Library is a key academic support department in the University, providing both students and staff with flexible and responsive services which underpin teaching, learning and research.
This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills through the development and provision of enquiry services, whether this be face to face, by telephone, email or live chat, as well as through the day to day oversight of the environment quality across all University Libraries. A high level of time management and organisational skills will be required to manage the circulation of print materials and care for the library collection, including shelving layout design, re-shelving and stock maintenance.

Hours of work are Monday 8:30 - 5, Tuesday 11-7, Wednesday 8:30 -5, Thursday 8:30-5 and Friday 8:30-5.
