INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced retail manager, based in London, who has a proactive approach, analytical ability with attention to detail and to manage the day to day operations of Luxe Dressing. You will be working side by side to the CEO and help execute the vision and strategy of the company, and be the point person for our store network in UK/Europe.
Day to day tasks and key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the logistics and supply chain function of our business, including planning, forecasting and managing logistic partners
- Design and execute SOPs (Standard operating procedures) and key metrics (KPIs) for the business and its operations
- Product data management across various systems and interfaces
- Use metrics and KPI's to make data led decisions to improve logistics management
- Responsible for the inventory and stock management of our stores, online sales and our wholesale activities. This includes the whole process of listing, consignment, inventory distribution, and sales replenishment.
- Implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to manage accuracy across the business
- Managing price changes and promotions
- Using third-party software to create labels and prepare items for shipping
- Assist in the planning and execution of events
- Vehicle loading and unloading for events
- Upholding excellent levels of customer service with our business accounts and consumers
- Working closely with the CEO and the team to understand product strategies
- Stock valuation on a monthly basis
- Monthly stock assessment + report to management
- Active participation in continuous improvement activities
- Any other reasonable tasks as required
What we are looking for
- Must have experience in similar e-commerce operations, including Stock management systems and supply chain logistics
- Can-do attitude, great ability to work unsupervised
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Lightspeed would be an asset
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised with a strong proactivity and good time management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative, with the ability to work as part of a team / Ability to clearly communicate with store employees
