Full Time 37 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, flexible, proactive and committed full time Senior Team Manager to become a part of the Management Team responsible for Devon County Council's Customer Service Centre in Tiverton. This post will be offered as a 1 year Fixed Term Contract or could be suitable for an internal secondment opportunity.

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) Senior Team Manager will be responsible for effective leadership and management of the management and adviser team within the CSC. The CSC receives over 500,000 contacts across multiple channels. Decisions made will have significant impact and consequence across the Authority and given the wide range of demands from customers the postholder will be required to use developed skills of innovation and relationship building to meet growing expectations and demands.

The Customer Service Centre is open 8am- 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 1pm on Saturdays. You would be required to work flexibly across these hours, including regular shifts working from the office.
