Maid2Clean (St albans) Limited is part of a successful, national cleaning company and is looking for an Interviewer to undertake the cleaner recruitment process in and around the Borehamwood area, covering postcodes WD 5,6,7, N20, EN5
This role is very part-time and completely flexible and can fit around other commitments such as childcare, school hours, other part time job so if you are looking for a small income or extra income, this would ideally suit you. You choose your own hours.
This role is home based and you will be required to arrange interviews via the telephone, undertake face to face interviews with cleaners in their own homes and follow up on the references. At interview you will be required to ensure the paperwork is completed and signed, check documents, take copies of these documents (via photo on android phone/tablet) and forward to the office. On occasion you may also be required to collect keys from cleaners and return to clients.
It is important that you are a self-starter and can use your initiative. This is a stand-alone position and will be home based with travel to cleaners’ homes so you must be comfortable working on your own and have your own car. All office staff are remotely based. You will be expected to arrange cleaner interviews and undertake the interview process in a timely manner. Previous experience of interviewing or even having been a cleaner would be helpful but not essential. You will be a people person, enjoy meeting people and comfortable communicating on the phone and in person. You must drive and be a car owner.
On average you will interview 1 to 5 cleaners per week, sometimes more or less, depending on the number of available candidates. We cannot guarantee a specific number of interviews per week especially as there is seasonal variation. You can undertake interviews over a number of days, 1 day a week, evenings and/or weekends, whatever fits with your schedule. You will be paid £12.50 to £15 per cleaner visit that you undertake. Mileage is included in the rate and you will be required to invoice Maid2Clean on a monthly basis. This is a self-employed position. You should have your own computer/tablet, mobile phone and printer (to print off application forms).
