Ardingly College has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated IT professional to join our busy IT team.
The post-holder will provide a comprehensive and effective customer support service within the organisation with a focus on the support of teaching and learning using Microsoft on-premises systems and cloud applications and Microsoft Surface devices. In addition to this, the role will support management, planning, installation and maintenance of the ICT network infrastructure and ensuring that access is provided to these resources.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on an IT helpdesk with experience of working in an Office 365 and Windows 10 environment. Experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.
Working hours are 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday.
Salary is £22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on level of experience.
