- Support the Analytics team with regular reporting and recommendations
- Ensure retailers comply with all elements of our Global Commercial Policies and support investigations where necessary
- Collate and maintain customer data across systems and business tools
- Coordinate and update maintenance of the customer segmentation database
- Support customer audit processes
- Drive the New Account Request process
- Coordinate collation of account strategic business plans
- Liaise with European Sales Development and Marketplace teams on Europewide customer harmonisation topics
- Support the implementation of any ad hoc Sales Development projects
- Independently create and provide relevant reports to commercial teams, continually looking to automate as well as ensure content is accurate and user friendly
- With the team manager, drive timely actions based on the data provided
- Have the confidence to make suggestions for improvements and assist with co-ordinating and implementing new initiatives
- Support the wider team in day-to-day customer service duties
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of our reporting suite with the support of the Senior Managers on the AKA (Alliance Key Accounts) and North teams.
- Working closely with the sales/marketing teams supporting data and reporting needs as requested.
